IT Sales Specialist Need

We are looking for a hunter with a minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in IT Solutions/Services/Staffing Sales as Business Development/IT Sales Executive for acquiring new direct clients in US/Canada/Europe/Australia Markets.

Excellent communication is a must

Required Skills:

  • Sales Prospecting Life Cycle.
  • Software Development Process.
  • Technology Services Awareness (Digital, Cloud, Data, Integration, ERP/CRM, Agile, DevOps, Digital Solution and Software Applications Development, Offshore/Onsite IT Service Delivery), using CRM software.
  • IT Staffing/Talent Solutions.
  • Some exposure and understanding of IT C-Level Executives (CXO/VP/Director Level).
  • Trainable, Self-Learner, Hunter/Go-Getter, and Customer Focused.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Should have knowledge and must have at least 1-3 years’ work experience in the areas of IT Solutions, Software Development Outsourcing, IT Staffing, Talent Solutions, Digital Solutions and Services.
  • Identify, contact and develop viable business accounts in order to create new business revenue streams from enterprise clients.
  • Penetrate client accounts by leveraging internal relationships in an effort to get additional business and grow the accounts.
  • Co-ordinate with Marketing executive to present appropriate solutions to the client.
  • Deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our Solutions & services.
  • Excellent communication skills needed to give a demo about a product or a service.
  • Should have experience in staffing as a business center and held highly responsible and accountable for P&L, business objectives, and targets.
  • Should have strong US IT Sales background with US-based clients. Primary KPI would be generating revenue and ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Must have a Huge valid database of vendors and the Prime Vendors and Should have strong relations with the Prime vendors.
  • Ability to recruit and market & sell CTC/1099/W2/OPT Fulltime consultants from job portals/sub-vendors/referrals/social networking sources.
  • Knowledge of Job Portals like Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and social media Platforms. Able to Handle and Turn H1 B Transfers and Referrals to our W2 Consultants.
  • Having Direct Contact with the T1 Vendors or Implementation Partners and generating new relationships with new vendors.
  • Responsibilities include but are not limited to getting direct clients and opportunities right across.
  • Should have an excellent network in the industry and should be able to source profiles from non-conventional channels of recruitment.
  • Responsible for working closely with sales and account managers to keep a close watch on the gaps, expectations of the client(s), the progress of the process, and prioritizing the requirements.
  • Proactive in planning and strategizing timely delivery of talent as per business demand.
  • Target oriented with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
  • Should have prior experience in handling clients and implementation partners.
  • Must have hands-on experience in market research to generate new leads.

 

Working Hours: Night shift (8:00 PM- 5:00 AM IST)

CTC: Good base salary for the first 4 months. After 4 months based on the potential, capabilities, and performance, Excellent Salary + recurring incentives (New business closed) + quarterly and Annual bonus (as per new client account close + revenue targets achieved).

At present, we are not offering medical benefits or cab facilities. However, we are working on it to provide these benefits later.
